They certainly do! It’s been far too long, and all Jiraiya wants to do is be close to Tsunade.
“Work, Life… One Day, I’ll just be able to hold you in my arms forever. But even then.. my love for you, will only continue to grow.” He leans up, kissing her forehead.. kissing her diamond where her Hundred Healings mark stored her chakra. “My heart, belongs to you.”
“Well… I knew you’d do the best job, out of anyone. You’ve always looked to the future, Tsunade. Everyone pitches in, because we believe in you too, Princess Tsunade.” He grins, sipping his tea as he scoots closer to cuddle her.
Now that almost brought a tear to her eye. "Thank you...you've always been so supportive of me I admit the village only is doing so well because of the intent work everyone does. I'm grateful."
“You look like you need a sweet treat anyway! Think of it like a cool treat on a hot summers day spent training. You’ve more than earned it!”
He playfully grins, almost giddy for a moment as she spoke those words. But he calms down a bit, not wanting to be too excited. “Well, I can’t be away when I know you need me! Though, I am surprised… seems like the village has never ran better. Hiruzen-Sensei would be proud.”
"Of course I dont." Almost offered by the question, a subdued huff escaped Tsunade before it was pushed aside. "You have been away too long. Konoha needs you not only networking out there...but here. I need you here."
His eyes practically twinkle in joy as he gave her one more kiss, before leaning away to gently take his cup of tea. “It’s good to be home, my love. I’ve been away far too long, I think…. You don’t mind if I really stick around, right?”
"Then it's a good thing you are home." Playful wiggle of the brow, the shared moment of amorous attention continued for a moment longer.
He lingers in their kiss, electricity running down his spine from her touch. She may have broken the kiss to speak, but he let his forehead pressed against her own. “As have you, my love. Every day, I missed you just a bit more.”
Delighted, she poured a cup for each of them before official greeting him with a kiss. "You've been missed, love. "
“I’d be honored!” Jiraiya spoke, moving to sit down next to her. “Nothing like good tea with the people you love to make your day.”
"Well don't just stand there like a stranger...join me for tea."
