Happy to share that I’ve accepted the position of Manager, Communications & Media Relations for the @elks! July 5 is my official start. I’ve missed @CFL games so much, and now I’ll find myself close to the action. This is a dream fit for my young family and I. #ElksCharge

I appear later today before the Senate Committee on Transport and Communications to discuss Bill S-225, which involves copyright reform and the media sector. Senator Paula Simons (@Paulatics) joined the @lawbytespod podcast this week to discuss the bill.
I attended the UofA from 1999 to 2003 and read the Gateway every week. I’m super excited and curious about what I’ll find in Midlife! I wonder who I’ll recognize or remember… #canadianwriters @midlifebook

It's really lovely to be recognized by @CDN_WPF today alongside @mpotkins. She did all the initial heavy lifting on the #yyccc expense investigation, and I just kept running with it.
Congrats to @CalgaryHerald's @MPotkins and @MekSmith on receiving press freedom award citations of merit for their work uncovering financial abuses by a city counsellor. On #WorldPressFreedomDay we recognize the important link between strong journalism and a healthy democracy.
Episode 9 is out! We got to interview @iamcelinacc about about her experience being tokenized, excluded, and eventually left to burn by her own party @liberal_party while they continued to create a performance of progressive politics. isthisforreal.ca/podcast/009/th…
