If you're a food blogger, here's some advice: Write your entire life-story before the recipe. I want multiple subheadings. 100% pure stream-of-consciousness. An hour read so I can build up an appetite. I must know every family member. I want to feel rage, joy, & confusion.
The single worst thing in the entire world is longwinded intros to recipes that add nothing it really grinds fooo’s gears to have to scroll past a novella about the chef’s emotional state whenever they make the dish just to get to the damn ingredients and cooking instructions
