They are harboring criminals. Democrats have had periods of unified control of House, Senate, and White House-and did not successfully repeal or fundamentally rewrite 8 U.S.C. § 1325, the statute criminalizing improper entry. This law remains in effect as enacted.
We should be arresting the Democrats who invited them and came up with this scheme.
