I do find it interesting that Claudia lied to Louis about who she poisoned, knowing that Louis could’ve drank Tom as well. I mean, obviously it was mostly because she knew about Antoinette, but still. Louis could’ve just as easily went after Tom and ended up poisoned himself.
I also thought it was a very questionable decision to change his gender but who cares
I feel kind of bad for Antoine cause they made him so dirty in the show when in the books he's just a poor guy you can't even hate. They even killed him off in the second season of the show, ignoring all his appearances in the other books
