Denver leaving the Summit League for the WCC. They were in the Summit League with NCHC partners Omaha, North Dakota, and (soon) St. Thomas. They'll be the only hockey school in the WCC.
Sources: The University of Denver has accepted an invitation to join the West Coast Conference. It will join on July 1 of 2026 and be a member in nine sports. Denver currently plays in the Summit League.
