@GoemansLab
In the drug-microbiota interaction lab, we want to better understand how antibiotics impact our gut microbiota
Last month we celebrated the lab's second birthday!

Women's Day Interviews 2025
🥼 At the beginning of January we welcomed 4 PhD students into our lab for a practical. 🦠 Along with Kati, they isolated phages and they tested antibiotics against an environmental bacterium. 🧫They also had time to do Petri dish art 🌟
Exciting opening at the proteomics core facility at EMBL! Please spread, apply and reach out! embl.wd103.myworkdayjobs.com/EMBL/job/Heide…
Our lab is recruiting postdocs with strong expertise in molecular microbiology and/or phage biology to work on different antibiotics-related projects (more info epfl.ch/labs/upgoemans/). Please get in touch if interested (with CV and references)!
