Weekday #pasta dish: Casarecce, tossed with shrimp, garlic, chilli pepper, and garlic, then taken to another level with the rich, slightly nutty, smoky flavour of Iberico chorizo and a homemade kale pesto. Topped it off with grilled cherry tomatoes - bursting with flavour! 🍝🍤🍅

I'm happy with the open crumb on this #sourdough loaf. Beyond its sourness, it has a pleasant almost fruity flavour. I made this loaf with freshly milled flour from Letheringsett Water Mill in Norfolk.

Weekly #sourdough bake - I baked this 80% high-hydration loaf made with flours from Shipton Mill and Letheringsett Watermill - it produced a decent crumb and an enticing crackling sound from the crust with the right amount of tang in every bite.
