Good share, Justin. This is a great example of the financial value of your time and great lesson on efficiency. Better to take less calls per/wk with a higher ACV/Win Rate than waste time on calls with poor-fit prospects. Time is a cost that everyone should be quantifying.

True. HC gets overlooked early on when it should be a top priority. On average, we've found that hiring a CPO too late can cost a company much more than pulling the trigger on a CPO early. Cost of bad hires > CPO salary.

Really like and agree with this take. So underrated. Human Capital is just as important part of strategy as finance.
