🌱 Grass growth is steady at 25-30 kgDM/day this week but will slow to ~15 next week. Keep monitoring paddock covers and consider housing priority stock or supplementing at grass to maintain grazing. @TheAHDB @qmscotland @HybuCigCymru @UKAgriTech

🌱🌾 Grass growth is on target with predictions, staying close to the 5-year average thanks to steady soil moisture and temperature. Modelled growth of 35–45 kgDM/day will help maintain cover while conditions are favorable. 🚜 @UKAgriTech @TheAHDB @HybuCigCymru @qmscotland

Grass growth is just below the 5-year average. Stay flexible with grazing management as autumn approaches—adjust feeding or stock levels if needed. Keep measuring weekly and aim for clean graze outs to encourage healthy growth. @UKAgriTech @TheAHDB @qmscotland @HybuCigCymru

GrassCheck Bulletin 26-08-2024🌱 Poorly grazed swards need to be cleaned out this week to allow for better quality regrowth as covers start to build - this can be done by topping or grazing with lower priority stock.🐑 🌟ow.ly/Y1XA50T7BcB
