I really don't know what to do I've been binging for like a month and I'm so fat
I've just been so depressed I don't even know how to dig myself out of the hole I put myself in
I feel like this has been a bad week for all of us... I'm so sorry :( It's almost over though! And then we can start again!! Clean slate.
I hate weekends because that involves my parents making me eat in their faces.
