Transformations are journeys in many small steps. There are always new challenges that you are faced with or that you expose yourself to. Consciously pausing again and again and celebrating small successes keeps the team connected and helps to motivate them through dry spells.
At our schools, children learn from day 1 to understand their needs. This needs an unlearning of deeply held beliefs about how the world and human relationships work. And it liberates from the shackles of these beliefs and it empowers the individual to strive for real happiness.
