As part of our new collective bargaining agreement ratified on April 1, Local Progress and the Local Progress Impact Lab are thrilled to share that we will be implementing a four-day workweek starting June 5, 2023. Our statement:
With 88% of the unit voting and by a 91% “Yes” vote, our unit has ratified a new collective bargaining agreement!! This culminates months of hard work, organizing and mobilizing by our members who believe in and fight for a better CPD and a better world.

Last year, @washguild filed an Unfair Labor Practice complaint against Washingtonian and @merrillwilliams after they refused to negotiate changes to workplace policy, as required. We protested. Too bad, they said: Take it up with the @NLRB. So we did. bit.ly/3IFbjKe
