Very enlightening exchange that points our a reason why we wind up with massive access inequalities. Maybe the pandemic can paradoxically help shift some of that?

A good thread summarizing needed changes in mental health. Access is key and we do need to expand models of care. A large majority of BIPOC folx in need do not receive care. We need to keep asking: how do we change what we do to fundamentally improve reach and equity?
