I love Jesus. CJB has my heart. I adore my nieces/nephew, and my dogs

My husband called me by government name this morning… the nerve to try that on a Monday

Just read that Starbucks lost $30B after hiring a McKinsey consultant as CEO. Guy spent his career advising founders how to build companies, but never built one himself. 17 months later, he’s gone. They bring in the Taco Bell CEO… and the market cap jumps $20B overnight. Turns…

My dear American friends, We British Christians would get excited when, once a year, Queen Elizabeth would make a mild but sincere reference to the love of Jesus Christ in her Christmas address. In Charlie Kirks' Memorial service, watched by tens of millions, I just heard: -…

I listened to Erika Kirk’s full speech at the memorial, and I want to share a few thoughts that came to me while live streaming the event. This is not political. First, I should say that I grew up as a Muslim in a Muslim country. I don’t know enough about Christianity to say if…

I hope I'm wrong. But tonight feels like some sort of invisible line has been crossed that we didn't even know was there. The last time I felt like this was 9/11 when it was clear, without knowing the how and the what, that the world was about to change forever. Like the…

Tweet 8/8 Student debt shouldn’t be a life sentence. We don’t need blanket forgiveness—we need a system built on fairness, accountability, and reasonable repayment.

Tweet 7/8 This approach ensures: 🔹 Borrowers can repay responsibly 🔹 Lenders still get paid back 🔹 Generational financial stability isn’t destroyed by compounding interest

Tweet 6: And here’s another fix: For American citizens pursuing critical fields—like education, healthcare, IT, and engineering—student loans should carry a 0% interest rate. We need more of these jobs, not fewer

Tweet 5/8 Example: Borrow $40k. Pay back $60k over years. You’ve already repaid 150% of the original principal. At that point, the system should say enough is enough.

Tweet 4/8 Here’s a fair adjustment: If someone has already paid back (principal + interest) above a set percentage of their original loan amount, the balance should be reduced or canceled.

Tweet 3/8: Instead of blanket forgiveness, let’s restructure: ✅ Reasonable timeframes to pay off loans ✅ Clear paths to eliminate debt, not endless interest cycles ✅ Protection from predatory repayment traps

Tweet 2: Right now, millions pay for years—sometimes decades—yet barely touch the principal. Interest piles up, and borrowers end up owing far more than they originally borrowed. That’s not sustainable.

Tweet 1/8 Student loan forgiveness has been a hot topic. But maybe the real solution isn’t wiping debt clean—it’s restructuring it so repayment is actually fair and reasonable. 🧵 @realDonaldTrump @JDVance @MikeJohnson

Agreed… across the board. 5% income, 15% corporate - Even those who get a full tax refund would be better off. A refund is just an interest free loan you gave the government. Also, for anyone. 45 years and under, invest our SS into an investment account

Why is everyone so against a flat tax for everyone ? 5% across the board, no tax codes to help someone cheat, nothing else. You just pay 5% whether you make $1000 or $10,000,000,000.
