The Hawbridge School will be on a 2-hour delay for Tuesday, February 8.
Due to the current winter weather advisory (and current winter weather), there will be no school on Monday, February 7.
The Hawbridge School will be CLOSED for students, faculty, and staff on Monday, January 24. Many rural roads are still coated in ice, and we determined this was the safest choice. Stay safe, and we'll see you on Tuesday.
The Hawbridge School will be closed for all faculty, students and staff on Friday, January 21. This will not be a remote learning day. We wish everyone a safe, warm weekend.
The Hawbridge School will operate on a two-hour delay for Wednesday, January 19. As always, use your best judgment in traveling to and from school. (Upper School students whose classes are synchronous will also be on a two-hour delay. Check google classrooms for instructions.)
We would like to remind everyone that Monday, January 17, is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and school will be closed for faculty and staff. Tuesday, January 18, is a teacher workday, so there will be no school for students on that day.

Thursday night (our time), Hawbridge Chinese II students read classical Chinese poems (in Chinese, naturally) to a Zoom audience at Wuling High School in Taipei, Taiwan. They have been working on these poems with their Taiwan counterparts for the last couple of months.
