Yesterday our 2nd and 3rd graders competed in #STEMpalooza and showed great perseverance and had fun of course! They got 2 bronze medals in the Botley challenges and 2nd grade got a silver in engineering and 3rd got bronze! Thank you @WeAreHAEST and @HCTM_Math @JustES_STEM
These Ss displayed creativity, innovation and discipline as they tried to make their @LEGO_Education spike prime vehicle through the maze. They were set on using color sensors to navigate…pretty cool. Thank you @WeAreHAEST and @HCTM_Math, today was epic.

During math we were learning about how to identify decimals on a number line! We used @SpheroEdu to code Sphero to the correct spot on the number line and then recorded the decimal and fraction in our math notebooks! We had so much fun! @JustES_STEM @HCTM_Math @TampaBaySTEM
Today we took our drone data and plotted and analyzed it. We also found the median, mode, and range . Our class favorite parts from today were making stem and leaf plots and finding the mode. @DoDstem @TampaBaySTEM @WeAreHAEST @HCTM_Math @HCPSElemScience @LutzSchool
