what the hell is going on with @OVOEnergy energy. For GOD sake sort yourselves out. We have had nothing but problems. I paid in advance of getting the gas turned on £189 and now you are saying my daughter is in arreas with both gas and electric she has only been home for 2 days
Well I spent so long moaning about the dreadful service of @OVOEnergy in the last week. Today a fabulous company @PhJones came to finalise sorting out the gas supply for my daughter. Their engineers are brilliant. Happy to recommend. @CharnwoodBC

If you are disabled steer well clear of @OVOEnergy they have no policies on clients with disablities - Even the Social Worker couldnt find one or get them to sort out the mess for my disabled daughter who has no hot water or heating. Disgraceful in this day and age.

OMG what dreadful service from @OVOEnergy . spent all 3 days trying to sort out my vulnerable family member's energy. Promised it sorted and then its not sorted. Dire service - clearly never heard of the Equality Act.
Thanks to Royal Mail. Having spent money on a nice birthday card for my b-i-law, used a first class stamp, the card arrived 7 days later. Upset sister-in-law who didnt believe we sent a card. I could have walked it to Lincolnshire quicker. 19th century had better service

If I hear that man telling me that its easy to use @RBS on line service once more I will throw the phone out of the window. They are not sorry for keeping me waiting and on line keeps throwing me off as the system freezes.
Absolutely useless tryng to get throught to @RBS I have been sitting listening to to flipping music for an hour and trying to get through using Cora - grrr for the same amount of time to sort out travel insurance. Why am I paying for extra benefits when you cant use any of them
