A ban on trail hunting is pure vindictiveness. Meanwhile halal slaughter and shehita, carried out in unnatural surroundings, often in some dirty city backyard, and without heed for an animal’s terror and final agony are considered acceptable.
If trail hunting is stopped, hunts should ignore the ban until halal and shehita slaughter are also banned. This is a two tier attack against a tradition british countryside s that kills no animals, whereas the two ritual slaughter methods DO kill cruelly, and fully conscious.
Quite extraordinary that Labour are going to tax family farms out of existence so that they can abolish the 2 child limit and subsidise mainly Muslim families to breed at will, while the national average birth rate is 1.4. Is this or is this not a sop to Muslim MPs and voters?
