Looks like the impossible excitement of hitting a speeding car with a golf ball using a sand wedge at Top Golf in Indianapolis.

Here’s one of those odd Merritt Island, FL-space program sightings. An Apollo capsule mockup from the 60’s in somebody’s back yard in a rural part of the island near the space center.

Ray Dalio says we are definitely in a bubble, but that doesn’t mean you should sell yet. Or at least until he sells everything.

Grok, happened to the ‘World News’ tab at the top of the page?

Quick question: Should I include the pet’s name within the drawing? Here’s “Hank,” with his name added on the artwork. A — Yes, include the name. B — No, just the fur. If this were your pet, which would you choose — A or B?

A — Yes, include the name.
B — No, just the fur.

Need your help (again): Which dog drawing style do you like best? Both of my drawings show the same pup — just different styles. A — Simpler lines, more graphic. B — Detailed lines, soft, lifelike. If you were ordering a drawing of your pet, which would you pick — A or B?

I'm volunteering for a vacation bible school in the mornings at our church this week. Small kids of every color and many with big family and behavioral issues. Kudos to elementary school and special ed teachers. I'm doing it for 90 minutes for 5 days; they do it all day for…

Poor man’s surf and turf: hamburger patty + tuna (w mayo) + slice of melted cheese with a dollop of goat cheese. Hard to believe, but it’s delicious.

Since we’re only a few years from occupying Mars, I highly recommend space buffs watch ‘Flight to Mars’ from 1951 for the inside story (and probably inspiration) of Mr. Musk’s vision.

I draw for a living. Mostly people and dogs, but occasionally spacey things. Kudos to Mr. Musk for his side trip into waste and corruption. But, now let's get back full time to Mars, rockets, cars, robots, and tunnels.

We have a large container of wine corks. Our new kitten likes to fetch corks, although it gets bored after 5 or 6 tosses. A neighbor’s dog will play fetch with a ball 85 or 100 times and doesn’t stop until we get tired and stop. Any explanation out there in the X-verse?

Why do they make the typesetting so darn small on soaps and shampoos in the shower? Apparently I washed my hair w conditioner this morning.

We live in north Florida. The #WeatherChannel radar is wrong nearly 100% of the time with hourly weather and predictions. How is this possible?

My wife of 40 years had a hip replaced yesterday. She’s sore today and wondered why. I said, “you spend all day working in your garden, and you’re sore the next day. This is the same sort of thing.” Apparently not.
