Thank you to everyone who came to my #dhpconf workshop yesterday and tried out using the Behaviour Change Wheel to develop interventions. It was a great session that I truly enjoyed delivering. Thanks for your engagement and positive feedback!

Delighted to be runner up in this year's @divhealthpsych poster competition! Presenting qualitative data on a poster is always a challenge, let alone when triangulating between 3 groups! Really pleased I succeeded in finding a suitable way to do this 😀

And also congratulations to our winners and runners up for the best poster - Courtney Few, Hannah Allcott-Watson, Laura Hewitt, and Catharine Rose #dhpconf

Today I passed my viva with minor corrections. It's not sunk in yet but I am grateful to my examiners for a lovely discussion on my thesis and to my supervisors for arranging drinks and dinner afterwards. What a great day! @neil_howlett @DrAngelChater

Condensed 4 years into 25 mins to present my PhD at a departmental seminar. Thank you everyone for creating a supportive atmosphere, for the plethora of questions, and for the kind feedback and encouragement for my upcoming viva.
