6 years ago today, in the early morning hours of 10/24/2017, I was standing in a parking lot of a CVS in Simpsonville, SC, with my Medic and a few GCSO Deputies. That was the last moment of my life that didn't carry this crushing weight. I miss you. I'm sorry.
