With these guidelines, I see not only what I do well, but what I can improve on, in order to live my life to its absolute fullest.


The 6 aspects of health help to set guidelines for how we as humans can work towards living happier, healthier, and longer.


I know that my household is smoke-free, and there's always a solid supply of both clean air and water, safe food, with elemental protection.


Things like clean air and water, safe food, in addition to protection from second-hand smoke and carbon monoxide, all play into this aspect.


Lastly, there's Environmental Wellness, which encompasses your surroundings and how they affect your overall well-being.


I know that I keep friends I can count on, and that my family is always their to help my through whatever problem I may be facing.

With Social & Interpersonal Wellness, interactions are key. Being able to keep friends, communicate, as well as building a positive network,


I set goals for myself, and I do my best to keep positive relationships and either work to fix or, in the worst case, sever, negative ones.


I demonstrate Spiritual Wellness through my morals and values, which don't stray far from that of a young child's: equality.


all while portraying forgiveness, joy, and fulfillment.


Spiritual Wellness, outside of Religion, is about maintaining peaceful relationships. It's about having purpose and meaning, values, morals,


new ideas and new beliefs, in addition to having the ability to question things that seem off to me.


I feel that, in terms of my Mental & Intellectual Wellness, I'm doing relatively well. I can cope with stresses of school, I'm open to both,


as well as having a sense of humor and curiousity, whilst questioning critically and being motivated.


Next is Mental & Intellectual Wellness, which deals with the mind. Being able to recognize reality, cope with stress,


I could definitely work on Emotional Wellness by thinking positively, being more open to other people, and trusting others more readily.

Emotional Wellness is all about being able to positively express your emotions, being an optimist, having trust, good self-esteem, coping,


I could, however, work towards exercising more often, at least 30 minutes each day, so that I can be more in shape.
