I called customer service at corporate 6 months ago, and I am still waiting for that call back. You sound like when people say the check is in the mail. Home Depot was quite happy to install my doors and do all the windows for me. Lowe's was too lazy to do the job.

Don't order new exterior doors to be installed by Lowe's if you have a multi family apartment building. After you pay for the measure, and 2 months later, after measure, Lowe's cancels, stating they don't install multi family buildings.

u guys need to stop selling invasive plants. Tropical milkweed, or scarlet milkweed, is now classified as invasive across Florida after spreading into natural habitats and harming native ecosystems. Support pollinators by planting native milkweeds and nectar-rich flowers instead

@Lowes just in the Lowe's 22nd Street in St Petersburg. The lack of assistance in that store is ridiculous. Had to chase someone down who looked on his phone and pointed while still walking for the product that I was looking for which I never found. Left cart now at home Depot

This morning, Mayor Pro Tem David, Councilman Garrett, and I toured the new Manvel @Lowes (opening soon). Impressive facility, about 180 jobs with roughly 80% going to local residents, plus strong support for local organizations. Grateful for the investment in our community!

@Lowes I’ve been waiting for my dryer now for almost a month. Had to go through hurdle after hurdle just to get my delivery and installation scheduled and FINALLY got it done. Imagine my disappointment when the installer tells me he can’t install my dryer and leaves it in the box

@Lowes this is all because according to him he can’t put it on the pedestals himself and Lowe’s never told him there were pedestals (even though it’s on my order and again…it’s been almost a month)…AND he said he didn’t know he had a dryer in his van. HIS VAN! Not truck…VAN!

@Lowes I work three jobs while going to school and paying for school out of pocket. I had managed to save a little money to try to buy me something nice for myself and opted for a washer and dryer. Seeing this left in my kitchen this way feels like a slap in the face.

My husband drove over to get it after being told we could do that or wait and hope it shows up tomorrow. He drives the 30 miles to pick it up, only to be told they can't even find it. 60 mile round trip wasted. I want compensation from this horrible company
