I hate @DoorDash with a passion! One day they’re gonna get someone hurt by their actions. I think if a company operates like them here? Their call center for customers and drivers alike should be here. Same if they operate globally! A call center in every country they operate in!

Greedy Restaurants? Questionable… you do realize the restaurants inflate prices because Doordash is charging the restaurant 30%! Then on top of that they get $1 for every ad you use, plus an ad fee plus the restaurant absorbs and “deal” ( bogo, 20% off). Inflation is a must!

When 90% of your workforce (at least in in Colorado) are non-English speaking and they come pick up orders to deliver and cannot even communicate with the restaurant, it does speak largely to a desperate employee and company!

You can argue all you want. The fact is they aren't responsible for the food once picked up by the driver, who isn't employed by McDonald's. As clearly stated, you have to contact door dash if you want your money back. There's literally nothing you can say that changes that fact
