Safe consumption works! ❤️🩹
"It's a wonderful thing that's happened to us, and it will be to you too." A message to Glasgow from Melbourne resident Judy Ryan, on the benefits her community has seen from their Overdose Prevention Centre - or Safer Drug Consumption Facility as it will be called in Scotland
‼️ We'd much prefer you vote for someone who's going to decriminalise drugs... BUT. Just for their crimes against the working-class, GET THE TORIES OUT!

💊 Pills are getting stronger, but there's still no way for folk at raves to know how strong what they're taking is. ❓ When will it be time for front of house drug checking at festivals?
The Loop's testing suggests the MDMA market is changing: *Average pill strength increased to >180mg MDMA *The proportion of stronger pills increased to >1 in 10 with 250+mg *Bigger pills often indicate high strength & the need for extra caution #SizeMatters #TakeQuarterSipWater
Someone asked couple days ago if I'd pics of the old van used for safer injection site before upgrade to ambulance Remembering the transformation of a rusty old £2K van to a safe space that saved lives & ultimately transformed the law so Scotland can open an official facility 💜
Safer consumption rooms coming soon in Glasgow — the fight continues stronger than ever. ✊ It's time for safer consumption rooms everywhere. ❤️🩹
Today I'm going to pat myself on the back, for years it was said Scotland couldn't open a safer injection site due to legal barriers. I challenged that, opened a site & said "if keeping people safe is illegal arrest me" Soon Glasgow will open an official site 💜
Join us 26 June 5-8 PM @ Pelican House E1 5QJ for our #SupportDontPunish event, where we will have a demo SCS on display! We urgently need safer consumption sites to prevent further overdose deaths and provide support and community for people pushed into premature death.
