@HeatherWheeler is clueless. How she still housing minister beggars belief! The @Conservatives Diane Abbott! It just shows how weak @JBrokenshire is!

Are you reading this @JBrokenshire When are you going to act and do what you say? or are you just "Jimmy Brokenpromises" at the ministry of "cut and paste" @mhclg

You can buy a new car with a 7 year warranty, costing less than 5% of the average house price. Compare this with the 2 year warranty on a #newbuild. Absolute farce. #NewHomesOmbudsman a necessity. I've spent my Easter holiday repairing #shoddy #CavannaHomes #bodgejobs.

"..and we will also look to accelerate its development by exploring the option to introduce it in shadow form before its formal launch." BUT WHEN? WHEN? WHEN? @JBrokenshire Talk is cheap and this is only a "shadow form" #NewHomesOmbudsman whatever that will be or mean eventually

It didn't take @TaylorWimpeyplc CEO Redfern long to cancel his "help to buy" £2.5million flat with discounted by £436,000. A lesson learned from @PerdsimmonHomes Jeff Fairburn perhaps? thetimes.co.uk/article/taylor…

The referendum question was leave or remain in the EU, not leave with a deal or maybe. Remoaners like you can’t bear to lose. Denying democracy is the incendiary act !

Here we go again - the verbal incendiarism of someone stirring it up The ‘Betrayal’ myth - you cant betray something that’s impossible to agree on and hasn’t been decided and doesn’t work. And the shooting nonsense again “both barrels”.

Are you REALLY this desperate, to have your crappy Code being advertised on the high street?

So much for "Raising standards - Protecting homeowners "@NHBC? Why not use some of your £2bn reserves to pay better salaries (£34k a year doesn't cut it!) and employ more professionals that know what they are looking at?

Why are @NHBC 'signing off' new homes that fail to meet building regulations? @JBrokenshire take away their ability to carry out building control function or at least announce you will, probably after a consultation!

Agree, I have examples of Crest Nicholson failing to meet Building Regs Approved Document H and J. They state in writing that NHBC have inspected and signed off property. @NHBC you are being used as a “fall guy”. @JBrokenshire @kitmalthouse

Huge thanks to the @peoplesvote_uk folk for organising their march against democracy today. The Waitrose car park was virtually empty and no queue at the tills! Could you do a march every Saturday? It would make life so much easier for the rest of us metropolitan elite.

Not what it looks like. @PersimmonHomes "ground breaking" 1.5% retention initiative is a marketing gimmick and only applies: "until any faults identified at the point of key release are resolved." insidermedia.com/insider/yorksh…

To paraphrase the Prime Minister tonight: “People want us to just get on with Brexit...so I’m seeking to delay Brexit by a further three months”. 108 times she said Britain was leaving the EU on 29 March, so how are we rely on 30 June? By law deliver Brexit a week Friday please.

Simon Helps reposted

The Prime Minister has asked the EU for a Brexit delay until 30th June. Pathetic leadership that erodes faith in our politicians. PM promised over 100 times in the HoC that the UK will leave on 29 March. We cannot trust this failing PM not to delay again in June.....
