If you invested in your off-season training , you best double down for your in-season training. At minimum, you want to maintain off-season gains, but in-season training is a time to increase performance, optimize health & availability, and enhance overall performance & capacity.
Big off-season gains with @Tanner_Graham_ He has bought in from the beginning and the results are there. FB T92 & consistently hitting the zone at 90-91. Great command with off speed pitches with a lot of movement. The best is yet to come!

SL RDL to overhead press using @ProteusMotion the RDL variation with the med ball is way to train loading patterns. The single leg hop is to challenge the athlete to have great ground interaction & stability - then be able to fire! @CalenJones16 #hicksperformance
