Tracking what is left of the soviet legacy at russian storage bases.
1/ List of (probably) all Russian storage bases sorted by type. I added some new bases but most of them only have trucks and armored vehicles. First of all: artillery, tanks and truck bases (the rest in the second tweet):

VKS's Military Transport Aviation and Ukraine's Long Range Strike campaign. As the pressure has been growing ever since Ukraine carried it's first long range drone attacks December 2022, Russia has chosen to move its air assets away from the threat. 1/15

Updated statistics for the Russian losses (destroyed + damaged + abandoned + captured) of its main AFV platforms, including detailed split of losses per model

The Russian losses of 152mm 2S19 Msta-S(M2) SPG have reached 300 - which is quite a lot considering that many artillery losses are likely to be undocumented. 152mm 2S19 Msta-S: 246 152mm 2S19 Msta-SM2: 54
A new feature for @WarSpotting has just dropped: ID Guides. ukr.warspotting.net/guides/models/ Want to know what differentiates a T-72B3 Obr. 2022 from a T-72B3 Obr. 2025 or a T-72B3A? Or just wondered what the myriad of 🇺🇦 UGVs actually look like? Don't worry, we've got you covered!
1/ Time to review Russian Armor Repair Plants (BTRZs)! Been a long time since the last time we checked them, and they’re crucial to the Russian war machine.

Conflict Intelligence Team (CIT), a respected investigative group that has tracked Russian military affairs for over a decade, has published a new report on the production of T-90 tanks. 🧵Thread about their key findings on Russia’s tank production and expansion efforts:

I have taken a look at satelite images of some major russian storage bases from 2025 and so far it looks like a lot of equipment has been moved around inside the bases, but the total numbers haven't changed much.
So, the sheet is public again. Some major changes: I recounted some bases I wasn't sure about the numbers, and the result is that they increased, I'm not relying on Sentinel anymore so I reverted to older footage with higher numbers and I included stuff like Shturms as MT-LBs.
