Wouldn't it be great if beginners could easily program #math animations directly in the browser, share them, and *interact* with them? Well... youtu.be/Br40z-lpC3o

Mathemagical.js: Code math visuals on the web (teaser)
Are you a Google Docs user who often needs to convert drafts to or from Markdown, e.g. for GitHub? Productivity tip: * select a range of text * right click * select "Copy as Markdown" It'll format links, lists... and yes, TABLES! Can also "Paste from Markdown."
if you're taking/teaching applied dynamical systems this term & want to peek at a book-in-progress, i've updated the draft on my website... see below
I'm excited to share: we built a free AI coach for intro-level proof writing. It critiques drafts, points out gaps, and helps you or your students iterate without giving away the answer. Also for lapsed mathematicians to see if they've still got it. Link in the next tweet.
if you're looking for an iconic linear-algebra-with-applications-to-AI textbook...
Looking forward to adding this to my list of cool #math applications, once this is released!
I'm building a new #easing paradigm. Natural, physical motion Flexible, modular curves Speed-aware, interruptible functions Designer-centered, intuitive tooling These aren't your grandpa's easing functions.
**Math/CS/Engineering educators, take note!** I've been trying to piece together an #AI curriculum like this because it doesn't exist anywhere, as far as I can tell. Now it does, at least in outline form, and it's been tested and refined with live feedback from students🎉
📢Applied math research opportunity incoming! @davepvm is unsatisfied with easing functions: davepagurek.com/blog/easing-fu… This topic is fun, interesting, and fundamental for graphics. It's also accessible with a background in undergrad math (or engineering). Guidance is offered!
Hot take on AI in math education: Even if the potential is astronomical (one-on-one tutor for all, solving Bloom's 2 sigma problem), it won't be realized if we don't teach students to ask the important questions.
