Clearly, a man with an insatiable desire to be Prime Minister. Jamaica is blessed that his desire will never be satiated even in the minutest modicum!
I can't see why this man is still a minister of government. @HillAubyn statement continues to show the ineptness of the man. He must be retired in the public's interest. He brings to nothing of substance. The perfect example of stupidity.
