Rate limits will make Twitter less enjoyable for most users, who will spend less time on the site and be reluctant to even look at (much less follow) new accounts. The Twitter experience has fundamentally changed. How this is going to bring advertisers back is a mystery to me.

Twitter began limiting how many posts users can read each day, an unusual move that came as Elon Musk says he is fighting companies trying to use the platform's data for developing AI programs on.wsj.com/3JD2yk8
