Home Run: Learn God's Game Plan For Life & Leadership by: @KevinMyersPK and @JohnCMaxwell #HomeRunLife

If Jesus came that we might have life to the full, how come most of us seem to live half full or even empty sometimes?

Dreaming about a great life is a lot easier than building one.

We don’t like to say we’re sorry and ask forgiveness. Yet if we have relational problems, these are things we need to do.

The changes God wants to see are within us, not around us.

The changes God wants to see are within us, not around us.

If the God you follow is manageable, then you are following the god you created, not the God who created you.

Though we don’t always understand what’s happening to us, we can be confident that God is forming Himself in us.

The quality of a tree’s fruit is more dependent on the health of its roots than the height of its limbs.

Put character ahead of accomplishment.

The quality of our relationships and the life we live will never consistently rise above the quality of character within us.

All too often we ask God to bless what we’re doing instead of trying to do what God’s blessing.

How many times has God whispered something in our spirit that we casually dismissed?

Life’s highest highs and lowest lows involve other people. Much of that joy or sorrow is created by us in how we develop relationships.

God always has something greater than our mere success in mind when He leads us in the journey of life.

We can’t worry about what we don’t have.

God alone gives success, even in the battles of life.

A life without hopes and dreams is no life at all.

Significance in life does not come from glorifying yourself. It comes from giving God greater glory.

God wants us to win, but He expects us to grow our skills, develop our talents, and sharpen our leadership competence. He wants us to train.

The greatest battles we face are not around us, but within us.
