This whole thing going on in Memphis is so fascinating to me and again illustrates the point that, as a coach you can be “right” all you want. But it really doesn’t matter if you can’t generate buy in and an understanding of why you’re doing what you’re doing with your players.

Yeah it’s an overpay in a vacuum. (Especially including that Suns pick) but that is the price for a guy like Bane and I love it when teams reasonably close make an aggressive push on a player in their prime. Bane is an awesome fit and I’m excited to see if they can take the leap
