Don't talk down to your hostess. Just because I'm not a server doesn't mean I'm stupid.
We seat the door, wash off tables, help run food, cash people out, help do dishes, answer phones, fold boxes, clean. But no we don't work.
A dishwasher told me being a hostess isn't a real job because we don't really do work.
