Now rather than help my dad BG have opted to just leave a man in his seventies with type 1 diabetes without running water.
Then when he checked the terms and conditions to prove lead pipes were covered you referred him to dynorod and washed your hands of it.
No you refused to fix it and incorrectly told my dad lead pipes were exempt from your policy.
After several appointments he still has no running water. He has been passed around with your company trying to avoid responsibility.
Never pay for @britishgas #homecare. My father, a type 1 diabetic in his late 70's has been without water since Sat. Typical poor service!!
