#49ers have placed Javon Kinlaw on IR. There’s a chance he comes back this season, but he’s at least out for the next 4 weeks. Turning into a disaster (no fault of his known), but his knees aren’t holding up.

On the Amazon Prime pregame show, 49ers GM John Lynch said that safety Jimmie Ward (pulled hamstring) will likely go on IR to begin 2022 season. IR is a minimum of 4 games missed this season... That'd keep Ward out of games against: -Bears -Seahawks -Broncos -Rams at minimum
