We would like to thank all who attended our rally today. We cannot allow far right views to take hold in our city. They are ultimately a threat to us all and our movement. We may have won today, but our message of jobs, homes and services for all is a fight we must continue.

Our @UniteNEYH members at @HullandERCAB picketing their #Goole office yesterday. This won't stop until trustees get to the table and give our members the full NJC award, as they have done for more than 20 years. £1m+ in the bank says they can easily afford to meet this.
Our members at @HullandERCAB have still had no satisfactory response to their pay claim. The employer has ripped up a 20-year agreement to match the NJC, which it can easily afford to pay. Today, the picket moved to the #Bridlington office. Time for the trustees to pay up.

It's outrageous that hospitality workers are being left to police the wearing of facemasks due to the lack of proper mandatory rules. Unite has pledged to defend the #JobsPayConditions of our members and the health and safety of our hospitality members is high on that list.
