@raymourflanigan your white glove delivery is a scam. It’s been a month and you still haven’t refunded the delivery charge as you claimed you would when the delivery guys broke my storm door glass and the warehouse manager said the refund was already processed. Horrible!

@raymourflanigan you already get an epic fail on customer service, by being unable to adjust the delivery time on the furniture delivery. Seriously, 8-10:45am on a Sunday is a ridiculous time to be unable to adjust. #badcustomerservice #neverorderingagain

@raymourflanigan 3rd time the frame/rail on our bed has broken in the first year… platinum protection on the bed. ..last tech said someone needs to come out and build a better frame/rail under the bed. Was offered a new bed but we still need someone out to fix our current frame
