He has been a great friend of mine for more than 50 years, a great Canadian through and through. It is a travesty that he is not in the Hockey Hall of Fame and has not been awarded the Order of Canada. King Charles III has recognized his merit, but Canadians haven’t.
It's a national shame that this great Canadian was ever derided and cancelled. It says a lot about how sanctimonious some Canadians became this past decade.
