It’s been 42 days since my disabled veteran of the @USArmy passed away and @USAA still has NOT paid a dime on the VPP claim but yet for 13 years have taken our premium for the policy out of our account faithfully. @MilitaryOfficer please warn soldiers to stay away from USAA
My disabled veteran husband passed away 37 days ago and my claim to @USAA is moving like molasses through the system and various adjusters. We’ve paid our premiums on time for 14 years + and this is the service we are given. DO BETTER @usaa!!!

It’s very disgusting how @USAA will drag their feet when it it time to pay out a claim for my deceased disabled veteran but when it’s time to take the premium out of our account they are extremely efficient in that aspect. @USAA_help is not Military or Veteran friendly at all!!!
True motivation comes from within. No one can hand it to you, but no one can take it away, either.
We live in a day & age where people get emotionally attached with someone they never met. U know crazy that is?
