Having battled the weather and dealt with the contaminated ground and bearing capability issues, the IPL team reached a milestone yesterday – foundations poured. On with the build.
Shenley PDI Centre – New Build; With ground conditions and the weather improving, we are now back on schedule for pouring foundations next week.
Barons Mini Bedford - all cleaned and ready for handover to the client
We are currently on site with three sites all due for completion for the end of the year. BMW Bedford refurbishment, Skoda Southend, minor refurbishment and Kia Maidstone, all photos of before and after to follow in due course.
@Group1Auto @SouthendAudi Time to expand and to do so, sometimes you have to demolish, to create additional space. One of our latest projects, which is currently on site. The project has been progressing well and we wish to thank all, including all the neighbouring buildings.

Sometimes as a company you can get tied down to specific revenues and projects. IPL have for some 15 years worked with various educational and blue chip clients. Over the last ten years, the automotive side has grown, but just as a reminder, we also undertake all internal works
So what can you do with an old steel frame, that has sat dormant for quite a few years, on land where you store cars. Why not build a new 5 bay, valet bay and make the most of the space. Audi Southend have taken that option, with some careful detailing around columns & beams

Mini Brighton, just awaiting its builders clean, the weather is not helping us on this occasion though. The dealership will be opening next week.
BMW Borehamwood refurbishment is now complete. The opening up of the ground floor has created a far greater welcoming dealership. The first floor also had a refresh refurbishment. IPL wish @Group1Auto all the best in their new improved dealership.
Mini Brighton, three weeks to completion and all works are proceeding well. Decoration and Tiling now on site, glazing starting soon. More photos to follow at completion.
Mini Brighton is at full pace and on course for completion as per the required programme. On site has moved on since the last posted photos. We are all now looking forward to the completion photos, in February 2018.
We are pleased to have been chosen to refurbish the most famous car showroom in the world Bentley Jack Barclay for @HROwenBentley. The project carried out in a phased operation, to enable the client to trade through out has been a compete success.
