ISCAS considers complaints about privately funded care, whether paid for through a Private Medical Insurance (PMI) scheme or self-funded. ISCAS can consider complaints about subscribing providers once Stages 1 and 2 of the local complaint’s procedure has been exhausted.

ISCAS is funded by the subscribing private healthcare providers that sign up to use the ISCAS Code so that Patients can refer complaints for adjudication for free. iscas.cedr.com/patients/compl…
If you need to refer a complaint about a private healthcare provider to ISCAS you must do so within 6 months of receiving the final response (stage 2) from the provider. iscas.cedr.com/patients/compl…
