@Avis please sort out your customer service. One holding email reply since July for awful experience that left kids in tears and us stranded. I’ve tried multiple times to contact you. Nothing. This is frankly not good enough.

I wonder if anyone at @Avis is aware that you can't redeem points for free days when booking through their app. It lets you apply them but always gives you a generic error when you try to confirm the booking. Is it a technical issue or by design? It's never worked.

@Avis watch out tourist renting a car with Avis faro airport. Upselling of cars and when you refuse you are hit with 200 euro cleaning fee that you cannot rectify as they don’t answer phones or email no answer to complaint…. Beware tourists, shocking situation, Watchout.
