Technology doesn't stand still, so why should your IT strategy? 🤔 A strategy should be an ethos, a movement, a new way of thinking. Delivery of the strategy needs change and projects, but the strategy itself is not a project, and doesn't need to be constrained by a timeframe!


I believe that the best IT strategies are created and delivered by you, not by external consultants. Developing and delivering great strategy helps your career as well as your organisation.
