Not to rope in the guys who have a very high chance of actually getting into the HOF this year on their first ballot (Brees, Larry Fitz, etc.)… But let’s say they get the nod after hearing that Belichick didn’t… If I’m them, I’m thinking, “how legitimate is this, really?”

I find it interesting the Patriots that won 6 Super Bowl Championships while making 9 trips have only 3 Hall of Famers (Seymour, Law, and Moss) versus Bill Polian’s Indianapolis Colts (Manning, Harrison, James, and Freeney) that were routinely beaten by New England.
Gotta think that the Pats, as a whole organization from top to bottom, just got a little bit more fuel added to that fire heading into the Super Bowl…
