This Jays team was so likeable. Every player had a story, a moment, a personality that made me want to root for them. The 2015 team was a ride but there were guys I didn't care for. That's what makes this loss sting the most. I feel like I'm grieving alongside and for my friends.
In a weird way, I feel better after hearing the Jays players postgame. Ernie, Bassitt, Bo, Springer all fighting back tears. These guys all genuinely cared for each other, that doesn't happen. They cared, like we all cared. I think it's time to revisit the hashtag #LoveThisTeam
