My son dat studies linguistics in a Nigerian uni. made jest of d Urhobo people last week, dat, d Urhobo lang. is 1 of d 3 languages rated as dead in southern Nigeria. Yet a supposed custodian (king) didn't see dis coming 9yrs ago. #upu #Urhoborenaissance #MudiAfrica #Trending

It's sickening how d govt. would devalue d naira by 180%,cause inflation of d prices of goods, make pple suffer & die, eventually add value 2 it by 60% as against 180%. Yet would expect a pat on d back, otherwise, u are not PATRIOTIC & ur cries are HATE SPEECH. (Not accurate %)

In 1 of our seminars, a parent once asked how 2 raise a child in ur mother tongue, when u can't even speak. D answer is immersion, boarder yourself with native speakers, learn & practice for 600hrs in 6months, 25hrs a week & 4hrs daily. #koshiemills #UNESCO #heirsofafrika

Wednesday, 21st Feb, 2024 was another International Mother Language Day. In commemoration of the killing of 8 students by the police, for fighting 4 their mother tongue in Bangladesh.(21st Feb 1952) There is freedom to speak your language. AFRICANS! USE IT.
