The next time @xfinity or @comcastcares sends me anything requesting payment, I'm gonna remind them that my services only cost $2.02 per day, which is what they just valued it at in writing. Remember that for future arguments you'll inevitably have with Comcast, when not if.
I only have mobile web so while I cant work, hopefully I can talk just one person out of dealing with Comcast or @Xfinity, however they happen to be branded in your area.
Which means a call to @comcastcares at 2:44 which won't get a response (cuz, @Xfinity) so I'll inevitably have to keep trying until after 3 and then have a useless conversation because it'll be too late. Which means ANOTHER call to @comcastcares tomorrow, when they don't show up.
If you have serious issues and even more time to waste (I dont), try @comcastcares because @Xfinity absolutely doesn't. David says he could probably get a truck out here today if the unhelpful outage ticket didn't exist. But, as he cant request one until after 2:43...probably not
If you have any other option than @xfinity, please take it. Post haste. This is the absolute worst company that I've ever done business with and their consistently atrocious when it comes to service and response. The only thing they do promptly is silently raise your monthly bill
Biggest kicker?? @xfinity still has no way to know when my services will be back up. David told me to call back at 2:43 when the service ticket goes away because if it wasn't fixed the other times I called, it probably won't be fixed this time but he can't schedule a truck yet 😭
So, I asked for a manager or supervisor, for a fifth time-- and @xfinity finally delivered! I got through to David, who was so sorry for the work (4 days, 2 meetings), money ( close to $700 between my lady and I) and school my kids missed that he offered SIXTEEN whole dollars!!!
A nice enough woman from Houston who was clearly trained only to say coronavirus, as it was her response for everything. You would think covid personally cut my lines 8 out of the past 10 days and is the sole reason for all @Xfinity issues. She really couldn't say much else....
Spent 10 minutes texting "manager" and "speak to a human", no luck. Hit request a call a few times, got called back and hung up on thrice, but the fourth time @xfinity called me back, I got through to a person!!
