Have been trying to reach @HSBC_UAE for the past 30 mins on call but no response. Spent the same time yesterday with no luck. All I want to do is to reset my password using the code given to me. AND upgrade to premier account. At least this should encourage them to get back

leading carriers like emirates dont' have these rules. @IndiGo6E, it is because they care for passengers that they are called leading.
